Arrival Greetings – Outside Security

• If greeting a flight arriving in Concourse A (Southwest) – greetings are held on the lower level in the baggage claim areas adjacent to Door 4 as the Veterans travel downstairs to board their buses. MAP LINK.
• If greeting a flight arriving in Concourse B (Southwest) – greetings are held on the lower level in the baggage claim areas adjacent to Door 4 as the Veterans travel downstairs to board their buses. MAP LINK.
• If greeting a flight arriving in Concourse C (Southwest) – come to the TSA exit out of Terminal C on the Upper Level. Se the MAP LINK with arrow pointing to door and green square for greeting location. The Veterans will travel down the corridor on the Upper Level to Door 8, where they will load their buses. Greeters are free to continue greeting down the corridor, or line up along the corridor as they pass. Please do not block the passageways for other passengers.
• If greeting a flight arriving in Concourse D or E (Alaska Airlines, Breeze Air, Spirit, Allegiant and other charters) – come to the TSA exit out of Terminal D on the Upper Level. See the MAP LINK with arrow pointing to door and green square for greeting location. The Veterans will travel down the corridor on the Upper Level to Door 14, where they will load their buses. Greeters are free to continue greeting down the corridor, or line up along the corridor as they pass. Please do not block the passageways for other passengers.

Departure Greetings – Outside Security

• If greeting a flight departing on American Airlines – Honor Flights departing on American Airlines will return to BWI on the Upper Level Door 7. Greeters are invited to line up outside where the buses return, or line up inside adjacent to Door 7. Please keep the sidewalks and passageways clear for other traveling passengers.
• If greeting a flight departing on Southwest – Honor Flights departing on Southwest Airlines with luggage to check will return to BWI on the Upper Level Door 2. Honor Flights departing on Southwest with no checked luggage will return to BWI Upper Level door 7. Greeters are invited to line up outside where the buses return, or line up inside adjacent to Door 2 or 7. Please keep the sidewalks and passageways clear for other traveling passengers.
• If greeting a flight departing on Allegiant, Breeze Air, Spirit, Alaska Air or other charters (non American or SWA) – Honor Flights departing on American Airlines will return to BWI on the Upper Level Door 14. Greeters are invited to line up outside where the buses return, or line up inside adjacent to Door 12. Please keep the sidewalks and passageways clear for other traveling passengers.
