Arrivals Terminal C – use the TSA exit Upper Level (blue arrow) and greeting location outside TSA adjacent Terminal / Concourse C. See map. Greeters can also line up anywhere along the footparh indicated by the dotten green line as the Veterans make their way to their buses.
