Arrivals Terminal D– use the TSA exit Upper Level (blue arrow) and greeting location outside TSA adjacent Terminal / Concourse D. See map. Greeters can also line up anywhere along the footpath indicated by the dotted green line as the Veterans make their way to their buses (green box).
