PLEASE NOTE: On 24 May, we have two groups arriving and departing that day. We need LOTS of greeters in the morning and evening. Likewise on 18 June, we are expecting TWO planes of veterans to arrive and leave one hour apart. Once again, we need lots of greeters!

Remember that you need to signup separately for ARRIVAL and DEPARTURE.

Signup forms will close approximately 48 hours prior to every scheduled date as Honor Flight at Dulles is required to submit the number of drivers to the Washington Airport Parking Authority. After the form is closed, Honor Flight at Dulles cannot process any additional signups. You are more than welcome to come and greet the veterans, however, parking vouchers cannot be guaranteed.

In order for us to receive enough validated tickets to disburse to our drivers, ALL volunteers are reminded to sign up in advance. Make SURE when you sign up that you answer the required question “Will you be driving and requesting a parking pass?” Volunteers who did not sign up in advance may have to pay for parking in Garage #1 ($6.00 per hour to a maximum of $17.00). Parking in the Terminal lot (in front of the main terminal) is more expensive ($6.00 per hour to a maximum of $25.00).
